I hope that was Daz with the popups. That fkn rocked so hard mate, I was snorting laughter into my Pico de GAI-yo. One of my favourite things about this channel is that you're pretty chill and well-presented, especially Back of House, and then the timer starts and you're a wreck like the rest of us would be. Love it! We’ve smashed out the Barbacoa tacos a few times since watching your vid. Amazon have delivered us a few cans of tomatillos and my wife is now addicted to salsa verde. Cant wait to give this one a go. My favourite Mexican restaurant is in Phnom Penh Cambodia called Itacate. We lived there just over a year and It did an incredible Queso Fundido

If you overcook the tortillas, just keep going a little bit more, make them tostadas and use yhe same filling, add the crema and salsa on top and you are good to go! Awesome video

Great job! Just call the "over done" tortillas are tostada shells😂 Can i suggest making lingua? AKA beef tongue. As far as pronunciation, tom-a-tillo is Thoum-aww-theo, at least in Texas. Thoum = merging thumb and tome.
