I learned to drive on a 68 Bronco. 289, 3 on the tree. We moved from Amarillo to Denver area in 1968 and now live in western Colorado on 4 acres in the country. I still have a all original 1963 impala with a 327, 2 speed automatic. Hunting, fishing and camping was how I grew up. Building cabinets in my own shop and remodeling and selling old homes has been my business for 23 years until this year. Traveling to our Florida gulf coast home in the winter then back here to our country home in the spring. I recently purchased a mountain house with a smaller cabin too. You two are living the dream as are we. Keep it up with the adventures.

One idea you may want to do. I always keep a plastic tote with lid packed with the basics for camping. Cooking utensils, paper towels, wet wipes, plastic plastic ware, plates - paper or plastic and spices. ( tongs. small wire rack- can be used for many things like bottom of pan to steam, drain, cool. utensils - tong, long fork, large turner, expanding reach toaster fork, knives ( not to expensive) coffee pot, grater. You can customize for your needs but this way you dont forget the little things on a last minute camp out. You just grab the tote. when you return clean the stuff up, restock and back in the tote for the next adventure

I am new as your boat purchase is what got my attention, then the trailer... We love everything you produce outside the garage! ! I did the mechanic stuff when young, and the boss lady has no interest, but now I am retired from the military and other pursuits. We love the boat adventure, the trailer build, Byrd's Adventure Center, etc. After you showed us Byrd's, we will be camping there this fall since it is only a few hours from us in Tennessee. I just wish you could do stuff and produce a video every few days, however, we fly drones, kayak, and camp, therefore I know how much time editing takes.

Great visit to the beach! Liked how Aaron flipped the tortillas. Looked yummy. Did not know that you all smoked, even though it was only a cigar. Used to smoke long ago and enjoyed may cigars in my younger days. Don't smoke anymore, but still got throat cancer. Fine now though. God bless y'all!!

The proper way to clean a rusty knife: 1. Get a cork bottle stopper. (Gotta be cork, plastic won't work." 2. Moisten the knife. 3. Sprinkle cleanser like "COMET" on the blade. 4. Rub the scouring powder with the cork to keep from slicing your fingers. 5. Repeat on the other side. 6. Wash off, wrap blade in something and wait for the next chance to cook.

Hi Aaron & Emily, I am really enjoying the new channel, nice focus on 'extended' lifestyle content, really like Aaron's cooking. Regarding rust on carbon knives &/or tools, may I suggest something like a Japanese whetstone accessory known as a rust remover, which looks a lot like a grey scouring pad, available in various sizes & sometimes grits too, affordable ones are made by Hitohira or a bit more pricey, Suehiro, the latter source a lot of natural sharpening stones which last a long, long time so well worth investing in. Hope this helps, you both have a great day & keep up the good work on both channels !

So when I was deployed to the middle east in 2002 I was introduced to cigars. Now these cigars there are real Cuban Cigars and they were amazing. Well, my very first puff of a Havana Cigar - nobody told me you were not supposed to inhale it like a cigarette. Well? NOW I KNOW.... After yakking my lunch up that day - - YAY ME!!!
