This is so sweet! My son's are plant based and my youngest, who has never eaten meat, loves watching your videos and seeing a vegan male chef! He will sit next to me while I edit (I'm a photographer) and cuddle up watching these! I didn’t have any wild garlic near me, so I used a combination of spinach, green onion, parsley and garlic cloves to approximate the flavor for the filling and it was just magnificent! Love the kitchen, I was surprised to see the fridge so far away but seeing the shot at 13:58 it makes sense - a tall fridge would have ruined the look and feel of that main space, even within wood like it is in the pantry. Gaz your videos landed in my world when I was in my last trimester with my son; I’m not kidding when I say I would watch them back to back from my little nest preparing for a home birth and waiting patiently for his arrival. EVERYDAY for about 5 /6 weeks I’d watch your videos with my Mum on the couch and we’d only pause to make lunch because we were alwys so hungry 🤣 it was the most inspiring, wholesome time for me. Thankyou for everything you create, share and offer this community. My son (21months old) loves to help in the kitchen, he’s such a foody and every now and then I’ll let him watch an episode with me - he’s fascinated by your chopping, your garden and when you’re mixing foods… he loooooves it and claps and goes “Num Num Num Num” as if to send me straight into the kitchen 😂 You have brought so much joy to my life as a Mum, raising my son and preparing food in the home.
