Does your Santa Cruz lime juice have to be refrigerated? Does it last quite a while? 92058

Yes keep it in the fridge. It does last well, I haven’t had it go bad. I think it’s the best option flavor wise as far as bottled lime juice goes.

You have to wash your hands after handling any meat! Now you have raw meat on everything you touch! That a good way to cross contaminate all of your food! You need to take a food handling class. I love your channel and your style but the food handling is not good.

Of course I wash my hands after handling meat and several times throughout the cooking process. That often isn’t shown on camera because it would require me touching the camera with dirty hands.
