Hi, i just watched this video. You mentioned you struggled with the crust. I can pinpoint issue. You used a wet ingredient measuring cup vs dry. There’s a difference. Also, when baking, it’s a science. You have to measure flour, sugar etc exactly and level off. If you obtain dry cups, measure a cup of water and pour into a dry cup; it will overflow. Hope this helps!
