I’m so happy that your husband convinced you to do what God has called you to do. You are an excellent communicator. You come across as a warm, kind, diligent, intelligent, thoughtful, God fearing woman. I find it easy to listen to you and connect to your pov. I especially enjoy that you are a woman of faith & that you share the good news of Christ in your videos. Keep doing what you’re doing. You are a beacon of light to many of us. I pray God’s choicest blessings on you as you continue with discipline; to do what the Father has for you to do. God Bless.

I’ve already left so many comments but I have to leave one more! Yes Michael has his way of communicating and you have yours. I enjoy both, in their own way! You give me the vibes of a calm, stable, soft spirited friend and that is quite refreshing in a world of loud, look at me, individuals. Keep being you 🫶🏽

Also Lady Bianca, I felt lead to share, I'm one week into putting God first. Sadly, and I mean Sadly, I had found myself given too much time to U Tube and Fb. So I'm focusing on being committed to hearing God and obeying and carrying out the assignment, no matter how small. Focusing God First. ❤❤❤

Hi Family! Bianca, you have Blossomed, I can remember when I first start following you all and you were shy. Look at you now, v-logging on your own now, I’m very Happy for you. My #1 Goal is to “Let Go & Let God” I’m very sensitive to negativity (when someone says something I don’t like, I hold onto that for days UGH) but in my mind I say a Prayer for those negative people, but I’m always thinking instead of letting go. My journey now has been God Bless you and have a wonderful day and the look on that woman’s face was PRICELESS, Thank you JESUS 🙏🏾. God Bless you all and keep up the Amazing work.

Haha I definitely understand. It's hard letting go and giving it to God especially in the moment but go you for saying God bless instead. My mom always said kill them with kindness and it works! I appreciate your kind words and support over the years. God bless you 😊

Heyyy!! STRETCH STRETCH STRETCHHHH!!! Even when you're resting during your run, stretch out your shins and calves to help prevent shin splints! Also, def stretch before and after your jogs to avoid joint pain and to help with muscle pain. Looking forward to following your journey! It was hard for me in the beginning too!

Awesome! Job, in your walking 🚶‍♀️ and exercise journey. I'm three weeks and a half into measuring my portion size. Haven't lost weight, but I feel better especially in my stomach area. I still need to be more consistent with just having a soda pop and sweets once a week. Overall I'm more committed now, than in the beginning. ❤❤❤Thank you Bianca, for being yourself, transparent and sharing your heart desire to serve and please God.

Hi Bianca . Thanks for another inspiring video. My goal is to lose 20lbs and to get rid of my back, hip, stomach and arm fat. I have been doing Pilate classes on Saturdays since January and trying to do more work outs at home. I agree that work outs at home are under rated. I look forward to our testimonies at the end of the year. 🙏

It's hard to be disciplined in the Beginning, so just take your time. It can be in the afternoon instead of the morning. it just has long has you get it done. God bless you and your family. ❤❤

Bianca, this was a wonderful video as it shows your perseverance!! I want to encourage you to make sure that you stay hydrated when exercising as not doing so can lead to severe muscle cramps that can last for days. Also, listen to your body when you start feeling out of breath, light headed, severe cramps in your legs, etc., Stop & walk instead. In addition, drink water during those moments as our bodies give signals when we're dehydrated. I think it's fantastic that you are doing your best to reach your goals. Remember that true success is getting back up each time we fall. Also, remember that we can never have success without setbacks or failures. I am learning to focus on my progress with my goals more instead of what I didn't do, as the latter only leads to feelings of not being good enough. It's also important to celebrate your achievements more (regardless of how small), even if it's weekly treating yourself to something you enjoy for the dedication you put in with being a wife, a working mom, & making time to exercise daily. Those are all challenging things to juggle. As a wife, I can relate to the challenges of feeling like we have a slew of responsibilities & not enough time!!! I thank the Lord that my husband is a godly & wonderful man of God, who does his part to help me the best he can. Yet, as wives (and those who are moms), we will always have a lot to take care of. This is why taking time to savor the goodness around me, my home, having a godly & loving husband, having Christ in our lives, our health, etc., gives me great encouragement. So, I am learning to take more time to focus on gratitude & thanking God for the goodness He has blessed me with. When I do this, I find that my mindset about my goals are less stressful. Instead, I feel more peace & assurance that with Christ, I will accomplish them. For me, it's truly more about putting Christ at the center of everything that will help me to achieve them. You can do it, & you are already enough just as you are!! Your daughter is already blessed for having you as her mom & Michael as her dad. Both of you having a love for Christ & teaching her the same are the greatest gifts you can give her. Everything else is cherry on the top. So, keep being your best & putting Christ first & everything will come together at the right time, even with your personal goals for getting in better shape!!! It took me years to realize that I was always trying to reach my goals by waiting for everything to be the "perfect" time. I've since learned that the key was just starting where I was, even if it means taking baby steps, falling, & picking up myself again 1,000s!!! In Christ, the U.S.

This video was definitely encouraging me to keep pushing. It is a lot easier to record content with your husband then on your own especially if you're shy. I'm currently struggling with picking up the camera if its just me.

Yes it is hard I just have to pretend that I'm just speaking to myself helps with the anxiety haha but I hope you can overcome it one day. As you practice, you're getting better at it. I believe in you!

I'm excited for.and proud of you. I hope every day yoi are encouraged to keep going. Also have a contingency plan.in the event the weather is not favorable one mornimg. Perhaps do a throw back workout like Taebo with Billy Blanks 😊. Quick Tip: be sure to stretch after every workout. That cramping you were feeling were your abdominal muscles contracting and saying hey Girl we are in here 😉! My goal also is working on my self discipline with working out before I start work in the morning. We can even do a quarterly check-in. I plan to journal where I am starting and the progress I am making.

Thank you! Very true. I've been getting workout from Pinterest or GrowwithJoe but that's a good idea! My mom used to have those Taebo tapes and I remember trying to do them and how hard they were. I'll see if KZbin have some of those Taebo clips, thanks!. Rooting for you on your journey as well! We got this 💪🏾also good point. I have to do better with stretching. I actually don't stretch after working out but I'll start tomorrow

@@themassarofamily I forgot to tell you about a food stretch for your abs. Lay down on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Push up and tilt your head back and push your chest out. You should feel a good stretch in your abs.
