Looks very good, thanks. One thing I learned the hard way was to only cut off the blossom end. I use the stem end to hold onto when I near the end of the grating for each one. I do this for most all vegetables I grate or slice on a mandolin. Much safer for me. :)

Thank you for making this video. My grandmother cooked squash fritters and I wanted to make them like she did. I used your recipe but for the breading I used half flour and half cornmeal. They tasted delicious. My family ate them up.

You could use either one, but the texture would be very different.
