I burnt my butter 🥲 but turning out good anyways. I had to switch elements since I can’t stay at a medium heat with the one element. Either goes really hot or goes right out

OMG!!! Just made this today and it is SOOO yummy!! I had been searching for a pork stew and this is EXACTLY what I was looking for (just didn’t know it til I found it). I put in a 1/2 of a cubed turnip that I needed to use up and frozen mixed vegetables cause I didn’t have peas. Also I don’t normally have rosemary, so I used dried oregano and dried basil. Thank you for sharing!! I will be making this often!!!
