So just a thought I'm in yeshiva in israel and usually as like a quick lunch we make if we're ever in a rush is to take a tuna fan with oil get a napkin and fold in the corners and burn it so the tuna gets smoked and crispy on top after we usually mix say mayo tabasco dried minced garlic lemon juice and some of those soup croutons and honestly not bad totally something I think you should try out
