When Jamaican men cook, the whole community enjoys. Used to work with one at a hotel that used to give free lunch and dinner. Even the Spanish folks would boycott the food when Patrick was off. Dude would often invite us to his house and cook for us. Has a restaurant now, hopefully it blew up, he's so good, Jah bless!

I'm watching my husband prepare a traditional Sunday dinner, from our country of Trinidad🇹🇹, and I've got to say thank God for the parents who teach their children to cook. They're always able to put a meal on the table for their family. Cooking is almost a lost art nowadays, so I loved seeing this video. Absolutely lovely job. 🧡💜💛❤💚

Chef Adrian, next time you come back, please do a pop-up cookout in MANDEVILLE. I would order this meal. While you're on-site cooking you could do a book signing for fans. It would be a great way to market your book. Your meals are prepared in such an appealing way that one can eat with one's eyes. I also love your attention to cleanliness. No dutty pot, we say. What did you say, Old cow hard to chew. 😂 Don't go offending any old cows now, my boy. I love the little value bombs you drop offering instruction plus little-known cooking secrets. I live in Germany and where I live it is difficult to get some ingredients so I ' Tun mi han an mek fashion ' . Most times whenever I see some content that is supposed to be traditional Jamaican recipes I want to scream. It seems as if they can cook without using prepackaged and processed ingredients also, the additional ingredients that takes away from the natural flavour. I myself worked as a cook for 15 years but not as a Jamaican cook but for German/French /Chinese and Indian. I did introduce my friends and acquaintances to Jamaican foods that I could get.
