I know how bad the pollution is there, all my family lives in Gurgaon. What we do there is avoid opening the window n door early morning n evening. It will be worse in winter as there won't be any rain n air settles down especially in the morning thatswhy its advice to avoid morning walk. If you can get a air purifier for your bedroom. Just keep window n door close especially in the morning n winter.
