Next time you can put the pizza in the fridge while the oven preheats & put the dough on a baking sheet if you have one. Thick glass doesnt conduct heat as well.

You should have used sunflower oil or just regular oil instead of olive oil, as olive oil has both strong taste and scent so it's mainly used with savory food not desserts
