The curry look soooooo delicious. Hubby did a great job. I never had long tail hassa,but it look good. Don't you cut the belly of the long tail hassa. Is smoke hassa and long tail hassa the same? I know when you get a parcel from Guyana, you can't wait to open it. Enjoy.

The curry was indeed delicious. Can't wait for him to cook the other set. Smoke hassar is different from long Tail hassar although they are from the same family of Armour catfish. When cutting off the head of the long tail hassar all the gut and unwanted part comes out with it. Just the eggs remain in the stomach which is wash thoroughly. Thank you for watching 👀

Hi good morning, how are you all doing, l had long tail hassa when l got married and my grand mother in law cook it for me and l had it in curry, soup,and cook up rice and it was good, but she fried it first before cooking, it's delicious and that was about 35 years ago,but your curry looks good and tasty and thank you for sharing and keep up the good work in showcasing, ❤❤🎉🎉
