Meatloaf and grilled potatoes is a light and delicious menu, we cook meatloaf and grilled potatoes on the days when we plan to bake bread so that we don't have to spend extra time preparing food, there is a lot of work and activity in the village. There are family members and we need to save time to finish these things.
Baked potatoes in the oven are one of the easiest dishes that we cook, and at the same time they are very tasty.

That meat loaf in the bread pastry looks exceptional!!! Like a larger version of the English Cornish Pasty but nicer. The Colombians do something similar too I think called an Empinada (?). Anyway yours look the best, and all cooked so well in the oven. The breads and baked potatoes make me hungry just looking at it. Much nicer than the old Anglo-Saxon boiled potatoes and vegetables with one meat !! Thank you so much for sharing with us. 🇮🇷 🇳🇿
