I’ve always been very interested in Medieval food, and during my studies I came across many recipe books (not only for food, but for medicines and spells). So I went back to cookery manuscripts and looked for recipes that would have been cooked in the medieval period that I could make today. So, using the instructions provided by the manuscripts, I made pottage, gingerbread, and a tostee. One of the recipes even made me feel like I was in Middle Earth. This was a very fun video to make, I hope you enjoy it!
