Hey! Thought I’d say some “fun fact” about salted fish roe. It is originated from Busan, Korea but Japanese people loved it so much that they started to eat and produce probably more than Koreans!

Have you had your D3 level checked? The anxiety is how I know mine is getting low again, anxiety and a feeling of impending doom. If not, research _ashwagandha,_ and decide with your medical mentor if that might help. It's something I used to use because my research indicated that it was mild but effective, with no/very few contraindications, no reason not to use. But don't take my word for it, do your own research and talk to a professional.

I too have a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables allergies. My allergy doctor said sometimes it because of pesticides absorbed in it. I tried organic but the same 😢. I can eat canned fruit because when they cook it the pesticides are boiled out. Use to Love salad but it’s raw veggies so I just don’t eat it anymore. Also I have asthma so I can only eat fish crabs,shrimp,lobster, all close my throat and I can’t breathe and it swells my tongue too much information 😂sorry. So just know you’re not alone with suffering from allergies be well take care. 😊🙏🏾🙏🏾😉

@@gloriamyers6423 If you have a yard or balcony, you should grow your own veggies for a salad. Growing almost any kind of greens is SUPER SUPER easy. Same with tomatoes + carrots. You can do it without any pesticides. Then maybe you can enjoy some salads!!

I’m a big sibling with an age gap between my two siblings too! It’s to crazy to watch them grow up. Watching my siblings grow up lowkey helped me to understand what my parents meant when they would say stuff like, “You grew up too fast.” I remember when my little sister had her first friend that was able to drive and pick her up it blew my mind that she was old enough to have friends that could drive. I couldn’t believe she was that old but I was there the whole time. Needless to say watching y’all brought back all the feels of me and my siblings and our unique bond because of our age gap.
