I recently bought one of these and pizzas turned out amazing first time. Sadly Scottish weather has been poor so not really had any more chances to use. Great video captain

Great content. I have a small oven similar to that. My biggest issue that i run in to is i will get a ring of burned around the outside on the bottom, but the middle of the pizza will still be more pale. If i let the stone get hotter, it's more burned on the bottom around the outside. If i leave the stone cooler, the middle is basically white. Thank you for putting out these videos, they help so much!

Great video Massimo! I have the Ooni electric oven and it is very tricky. There are times when my pizza is really burned at the bottom and too soft on top. Also when flour is left inside on the pizza stone for another pizza my oven starts burning it and my kitchen is all filled with smoke. I did buy the Ooni brush but it’s really narrow and hard to get any left over flour on the stone. I might just get a small brush like the one you were using to help with that. In the mean time I will continue trying to practice what you teach Massimo. Thank you for being there!

Another practical and helpful lesson - thank you Massimo! I now have a Roccbox on your recommendation but have not mastered the turning yet. Do you have any any advice on cleaning the stone? How do you clean your stone? (Mine is dirty from pizza toppings which leaked from holes in the centre of my weak dough!)

I have an Ooni and I find the easiest way to clean the stone is to leave the oven on max heat for about 30 minutes. This will naturally burn off any remnants on the stone. I then rotate my stone and leave the oven on for another 10 minutes on max heat. By the end, the stone is like new!

I have a similar gas oven (not RockBox). I simply hate it. Yes It Will cook a pizza in 90 sec. but it can also Burn it to crisp quickly. Could never master it. Massimo is an expert who makes it look easy. I use my electric oven more. It is not perfect but it still does a good job. NO Stress like a gas oven is!

I have a question, I would like to make the dough for my business for 3 days. Friday and Saturday I open at 4 pm and Sunday at 12:00 pm. How could I do it, I have a commercial fridge in my house. Mede the ball for Friday service like a normal and keep a room temperature and for the Saturday and Sunday waiting a few hours, put in the fridge and take out 6 to 8 hrs before each service ?
