Cooking Sere with my dad

Belizean Sere
6 servings of fish (snapper preferred)
2 cans coconut (2 pjs coconut powder )
2 yellow plantain( slightly ripe)
2 green bananas
1 lb cocoa/ white eddoes
1 1/2- 2 lbs cassava/yuca
1 - 1 1/2 cups okras
I medium onion (thinly sliced)
1 - 1 1/2 cups tomatoes (chopped in large pieces)
1-2 whole habanero peppers
Salt to taste
