Hello Hope All Is Well .. When I Make This My Coconut Milk Doesnt Come Out Smooth , Looks Kinda Gritty .. How Do I Fix That?

Hello Beasty Beauty14, hope all is well with you. That was only my 2nd time making this dish, however I would shake the coconut milk before pouring into the soup. Then I’d let it cook for another 15-20 minutes while stirring frequently. Maybe it could be the brand of milk you’re using. Also could be that you’re using coconut cream instead of coconut milk. Hope this helps! Let me know how it turns out when you make it again.
