There are 4 types of Sinigang in the Philippines. Pork Sinigang, Seafoods Sinigang, Fish Sinigang and Chicken Sinigang, which is also commonly known as "Sinampalukang Manok". However, with Sinampalukan, unlike the other Sinigang, this one have different veggies in it. It just contain tomatoes, raddish and moringga(malunggay) leave instead of spinach(kankong/talbos).
