Awesome 👍 beautiful! I've been divorced 5 years now, I did very little cooking while I was married. Since the divorce I've been living with my 85 year old mother and her health has been worsening over the last couple of years, so I've had to become the house chef. Mother has taught me many of her recipes and I have to say my dishes have been graded by my 3 older sisters. They have given me an A+ in cooking class. I have grilled steak many times over the stove top but I have yet to be proud of some of the messes I have made. Watching your demonstration (and I've seen many demo's), your's, sincerely, was the most impressive that I have seen. So I went out and bought a couple of Rib-eyes for mother and I and pulled you up on KZbin. I followed your foot-steps exactly including the sauce. The result......Finger licking good. My mother hasn't eaten very well in the last few days but I'll be a 🐎 horses uncle she ate the whole steak including a small spinach salad I served on the side. I would like to thank you for a beautiful demonstration and also for teaching me how to make a delicious steak sauce. I thank you and mother sends her best wishes and says she will say a little prayer 🙏 for you and yours wishing you good health and happiness.

So, to start with, we soak the steak in lots of oil on both sides. Then after some time cooking, we add tons of butter in the pan while it cooks longer, and then to top it all off, we make a nice gravy with lots of butter again. Then we poor the all the gravy onto the steak (!) So much for healthy eating.
