This is my simple take on a delicious pot of Rabbit Soup. It's a traditional meal here in Newfoundland and Labrador.
If you're not great in the kitchen and are interested in a meal like this, I hope you can learn a thing or two. This can be done with any meat or even fish, but the cook times may vary.
Ingredients
1 Wild Rabbit
About half a pound of salt beef
3 Carrots
2 potatoes
1 Turnip
Half a cabbage
1 Parsnip
1 Onion
Handful of Barley
About 4 liters of water
Half cup of chicken soup stock
Spices: Pepper, Salt, Thyme, Fennel, Garlic
Thanks for watching. Please like, share and subscribe if you enjoy anything related to outdoor life!
Comment below and share your own wild recipes, or takes on this meal, I would love to hear about them!

Back in the day when I was a young man in the Navy, we were served up rabbit stew from the galley. That looks much tastier then what I was eating back then. Keep up the awesome work. God Bless, Greg

Looks pretty yummy there buddy! Nice to see a Canadian doing a recipe. Don't know if you ever seen an American one, but usually it's just so slobbered in pre made sauces and powders, all loaded with msg, that they have no idea what they're even eating. May as well go to McDonald's.
