There’s something magical about Korean pickled vegetables. Those salty, savory delicacies are not only delicious, but really good for you and your tummy. One of the most fabulous dishes from Korea is we adore is Bi Bim Bap, which literally translates to "mixed rice."
Many Korean folks think of Bi Bim Bap or bibim-bop as a way of cleaning out the fridge, using up day-old rice and leftovers. we think of it as a rainbow of colors and textures that just spoons itself into your mouth.
Joining to make this tasty bowl of rainbow wonder is OUR secret Asian queen, Kim Chi, one of the most talked about drag queens who despite there being a lot of rumors to be on RuPaul’s Drag Race, has still yet to make it on the show.

As much as I love Bob the Drag Queen, I think Kim Chi has an excellent excellent chance of winning season 8. It's not just about being a confident ready made polished Queen with an act. Rather, Ru loves to see growth. Kim Chi has shown real growth and has overcome many obstacles , and still has many more in her personal life to overcome. She is a true underdog story. I just adore her humble personality and I think she is just lovely, both inside and out. Unlike past seasons, I would be happy with any of the remaining 3 being crowned, but I am pulling for Kim. Finally Unchained I totally agree. I was hoping that when she made it to the final 3 she would have taken the step to come out to her mom / family. At one point I really thought Ru was going to have mom on Skype. I also agree that it is holding her back, but then again coming form that traditional Korean background, I imagine that the fear is very real that mom et al will disown her. Winning isnt everything (as Bianca said, after taxes it about 4 bucks lol), I think Kim Chi will have a very promising and prominent career. They all will, anyone who is lucky enough to get on the show, as long as they are willing to work for it and stay true to themselves.
