I had a certified wagyu ribeye this april, just to try it out. Although nowhere near the price/quality nick probably has, I can already tell I wouldn't enjoy his absolute units of kobe more than just a single piece. The fattiness of these steaks is a great experience to eat, as it feels like you're eating some beef foie gras when it melts on your tongue. But then after a few pieces, the stomach aches come in because this stuff is so damn rich it hits you like a truck. Unless you're like a full-blooded Texan, the fat contents of these steaks is comparable to eating a whole stick of butter. Pro tip when trying wagyu: Just get a single piece from a steak you share with friends/family, or get some wagyu mini sandwiches at a fancy japanese restaurant. Plus you don't have to spend 70-100$ on a steak just for yourself if you share :)

Nick and Guga are your best bet. The food youtubers I prefer though to be more informative and gives more plausible home cooking methods are Adam Ragusea and Ethan Chlebowski.
