Use pinto beans instead of black beans, corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas (you can also heat them up on the stove for a better taste) and replace the cream and corn with some cut onions and cilantro. Also the meat I’m not sure what kind you’re using but we use skirt cut steak on ours. 🌮

For the Lime, you can roll the lime before you squeeze it and it makes it easier for the juices to come out. For the tortillas, you can use a pan to warm up the tortillas. Way better than microwaving them. AND NO MEAT???

Make your own flour tortillas and eat them just after roasting them that will improve it a lot. If you use enough oil in them they are really easy to stretch thin

As a Mexican, I wholeheartedly approve of these tacos and can testify they are valid and that I would eat every single bit of them. Below I'm gonna write a bunch of opinions and tips if you are interested in that. First of all, I have never seen tacos like these where I live. I've had black beans tacos with guacamole and sour cream, but the corn kernels and the celery (?) caught me by surprise. Was it like that in the recipe? Could it be a thing from a State different from mine? That got me really curious. I'd absolutely eat them like that, however. Next, the tortillas can be heated in the microwave but they are usually heated up on a flat pan known as a comal. If that's not available, I use a regular pan until they are soft and hot. A medium to medium-high flame works best for me when I have corn tortillas, and I use a lower flame for wheat ones. For the guac, the lime adds a bit of sourness and helps it to not oxidize as quickly as it would be without it; it's possible that you may have already known that. Besides salt, I also add a bit of pepper for that extra spiciness. Personally, I would've chopped the vegetables a tad finer, but only for presentation. As you mentioned before cooking, they could have had some meat on them, couldn't they? You should try adding that some time, or cheese, or serrano peppers... That would be glorious I think; perhaps the peppers not so much. Lastly, I wanna thank you for for telling me not to eat the stone in the middle of the avocado. I should've known better, no wonder my teeth hurt so much whenever I have them. With that being said, these look like really good tacos, I wouldn't mind eating them at all (mostly right now as I'm writing this comment; I'm starving). I'll be looking forward for a second episode if it ever comes out lol. Good video.
