Its looks absolutely delicious!!! Your home culinary skills are on points! Halibut is a good fish, but i find it to be a little on the dry side. Nevertheless, i will try this dish with salmon.

So yummy! I made a version of this tonight. Conveniently, I had a majority of the ingredients and made some substitutions. I skipped on the crab fingers and the creamy garlic sauce. I used Alaskan Pollock fillets, followed the directions for the mash potatoes (absolutely smashing), the corn garnish, switched the spinach for broccoli and made a garlic butter sauce. I also broiled some sausage. Everything took less than 30 mins. So I guess it was more or less inspired but equally delicious.
