Rasheeda thank u for showing us your great family recipes! You kitchen is beautiful! One recommendation, put a little sauce in the bottom of the pan before you put the lasagna noodles in the bottom. They won’t stick if you put the sauce at the bottom. Please keep this up, u are a sweet lady who deserves the best. Im a picky eater. But a great cook. So I use sour cream instead of cottage cheese or ricotta cheese. I dont like either. And tbh I really dont like sour cream but I put it on my lasagna. It makes the lasagna creamy but it brings out the taste.

I made this lasagna and it was a hit, I used some homemade sauce I make, and I put some turkey Italian sausage out the sleeves and grounded it with the turkey ..I also layered it with some deli pepperoni...I also used provolone cheese with the other cheeses...Thanks for the recipe, I will make it again this weekend ..

I love that you are super talented, a great Mom and wife, business owner... I just have never had "lasagna" with meat cheese and noodles before. I never knew you even call it lasagna. I make baked spaghetti all the time with cheese on top. seems to be the same as this (but I don't layer it). I also make lasagna, or what I thought was lasagna, with a ricotta cheese mix that I add garlic, Italian seasonings, salt pepper, parsley and an egg to it. whip it and layer it as well. I wonder if I could omit that and my hubby not tell the difference??? HUMP... I'm gonna try it. Looks amazing!
