Al dente is Italian for firm but not hard. It has nothing to do with Spanish or noodles. So it is not a malapropism at all just a incorrect word. A malapropism is mistaking gentile for gentle, organism for orgasm or moron for maroon. The words have to be similar sounding not completely erroneous. Not sure what Sharon does but its not malapropism.
