My son got me an IntsantPot for Christmas, love it, it's so cold here, I make soup alot, just made a pot of 16 bean soup, with veggies yesterday in the instant pot, soooo good!

I always thank God for giving me life. But there's really one main reason that I like existing or being alive; and that main reason is everyday that I have life I get to experience the feeling we call "LOVE." LOVE feels so good I can't describe it words. I was a mommy's boy griwing up and I used to always squeeze my mother's leg every where she walked because I feel the love. Even today at 53 years old, I always squeeze my poor little chihuahua because I can actually feel love. I always gaze into my 13 year old daughter's eyes because she has the love that her daddy (me) has, and I see it inside of her as she looks back at me. I always compliment my wife because when she feels appreciated, respected, protected, honored, and loved, that's when I feel love. And now, I watch you guys everday because I feel LOVE. Thank you for sharing your lives with us. I really needed this in my life. Yall take me back to 1975 all over again. Love feels so wonderful, and there is NO shame in showing, expressing, and talking love. What wonderful works the Most High God as wrought when he made the Curtis family. My prayers go out for you always; especially for them babies. The children need all of our prayers right now! I love you all, with all my heart! ✡️ ❤️ ✡️ Isra-EL is ETERNAL, FOR WE ARE gods! Sending my favorite family 2 recipes 1st recipe Bell peppers red or yellow you can use green but green bell peppers are not as sweet as the Red or Yellow bell peppers. Cous Cous, vegetable stock, sweet peas and carrots (frozon) or fresh carrots and fresh broccoli. Marinara Sauce. Cut bell peppers in half clean all seed and wash with cold water dry any water of bell peppers, set bell aside.Cook peas and carrots or broccoli and carrots in water only drain water season with salt and pepper or what ever season that is your favorite. Cook cous cous with vegetable stock once cous cous is done add your cook vegetables to cous cous and rub the bell peppers with olive oil inside out just a light coat and stuff the bell peppers with cous cous and vegetables spray a baking sheet and bake the stuffed bell peppers until bell peppers tender to your taste now put marinara or the bottom of the plate set bake stuffed bell pepper on top of marinara sauce and put some marinara on top of your baked stuffed bell peppers make sure marinara sauce has been heated. 2nd Recipe Black eye peas salad,cook fresh black eye peas(dry) in water only when black eye peas or done drain hot water off and rinse black eye peas off with cold water once peas have cooled dice up a red onion to your taste red onion looks purple after onion has been dice up fold dice onion into black eye peas add Raspberry Vinaigrette to the black eye peas and onions make sure the peas are covered in the Blueberry Vinaigrette make sure this is put in a Tupperware type bowl let set over night and serve in fridge cold . Tell me what you think also you can use shallot in black eye peas and you can use can black eye peas but drain all liquid off black eye peas and rinse with cold water real good and the peas in the can do not have to be heated. Side bar Iwas told in Culinary College to breathe out your mouth when cutting onions, it helps me. Lastly the best was to remove onion sent from one's hand use Sesame Seed Oil,just rub the oil on your hands like lotion and wash with water first then soap and water on the second wash.

Are you guys vegetarian? Cool. What about bread? Trying to avoid imported wheat right now. I found that zucchini flour is a good substitute, also known as Amish flour. But no recipes. Hmm 🤨 Your thought 💭 would be appreciated 💕
