Love to see Manley as a baby. I grew up with my grandmother and also my mother making hamburg gravy, They brown the meat and added onions while browning, then added flour and milk and cooked until thicken. They served the gravy over mashed potatoes, or little potatoes, or as a special treat toast, mashed potatoes then the gravy. A salad was served on the side. My husband and kids also love when I make this meal and now two more generations (grandkids and great grandkids) are always asking for this when they come to visit.

Great video. A couple of our 30 minute meals are , bean and cheese burritos with a homemade salsa or corn salad and tortilla chips. Simple and filling. 3 cheese grilled cheese on garlic sourdough and a tomato based soup . Another is just a big salad add in can be just whatever you like and some kind of bread . Simple but delicious .
