크림치즈를 쫄깃한 찹쌀떡으로 돌돌 말아 넣은 초코 롤케이크를 만들었어요~
폭신하고 부드러운 롤케이크와 쫄깃한 찹쌀떡을 함께 먹으니 식감이 정말 재미있고 좋더라구요~~^^
설탕을 넣지 않은 담백한 크림치즈와 달콤한 가나슈가 더해져 맛도 정말 좋답니다~
크림치즈와 찹쌀떡은 냉동실에서 굳혀서 더 시원하고 훨씬 쫄깃하게 먹을 수 있었어요~
편의점에서 파는 모찌롤이 인기가 많아서 어떤 맛일까 했었는데 정말 왜 인기가 많은지 알겠더라구요~
과정은 복잡하지만 맛에서 주는 행복으로 보상 받는 느낌이었어요~

▶재료
크림치즈 80g
찹쌀가루 100g
코코아파우더 7g
설탕 60g
소금 0.5g
뜨거운 물 150g
우유 35g
식물성 오일 15g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
박력분 30g
코코아파우더 7g
달걀흰자 135g
설탕 45g
다크 초콜릿 60g
생크림 30g
▶레시피
1. 크림치즈를 유산지에 올려 동그랗게 말아 냉동실에 얼린다.
2. 찹쌀가루에 코코아파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 설탕, 소금을 넣고 섞은 뒤 뜨거운 물을 넣고 섞는다.
3. 랩을 씌워 전자레인지에 1분 30초 정도 돌리고 주걱으로 치대며 섞고 다시 한번 랩을 씌워 전자레인지에 1분 30초 돌리고 쫄깃해질 때까지 치대고 미지근하게 식힌다.
4. 옥수수 전분을 뿌리고 식은 찹쌀떡을 올리고 넓게 편 뒤 가장자리를 잘라내고 얼린 크림치즈를 올려 돌돌 말아 유산지에 감싸 냉동실에 넣어둔다.
5. 우유에 식물성 오일을 넣고 섞고 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞은 뒤 박력분, 코코아파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
6. 달걀흰자를 휘핑하다가 큰 거품이 올라오면 설탕을 2~3번에 나눠 넣고 휘핑해 뿔이 서는 머랭을 만든다.
7. 반죽에 머랭을 3번에 나눠 넣고 섞고 22.5cm 정사각 틀에 넣고 평평히하고 기포를 정리한 뒤 170도 예열된 오븐에서 15분 정도 굽고 식힌다.
8. 다크 초콜릿과 생크림을 전자레인지에 20초 정도 돌리고 섞고 살짝 식힌 뒤 식은 시트에 바른다.
9. 얼려둔 찹쌀떡을 올리고 돌돌말아 유산지에 감싼 뒤 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 굳힌다.

60g Sugar
0.5g Salt
150g Hot water
35g Milk
15g Vegetable oil
2g Vanilla extract
30g Cake flour
7g Cocoa powder
135g Egg whites
45g Sugar
60g Dark chocolate
30g Whipping cream

I was going to tell you we will almost be Neighbors, I am moving to Portugal. Are you also a baker? If so, is it a home Bakery or a Bakery shoppe? So is Italy as Gorgeous as people say it is?
