This was very tasty. I made this today and I used the filipino hot and spicy tuna, so I didn't add any spices. Skipped the egg and coated few with panko and few without. Fantastic! Thank you for this recipe.

I made this recipe when i first found it with a slight modification (used a more shallow layer of EVCO and used my oven) and with more variations since then - sometimes added peas, other spice (powdered lemon juice, dijon mustard, small black lentis, etc - one ingredient swap, not all at once 😂) Regardless, the patties were delicious and (to me) tasted equally good at room temp. I stuff a pita with these and a bit of pickled red cabbage slaw and a touch of garlic aioli. They hold shape very well, so could be made using those adorable cookie molds (like planes, stars, fish, etc) for picky eater kiddos. Thamks for the recipe!
