I will omit frying the prawns. I will just fry the chillies with all the ingredients added, then add in the prawns n fry. I think it will taste good too. Tq Ah Pa for this recipi. 👍🙏😋

However, there is one ingredient I do not understand. You called it "toasted blanchan powder," and it looks somewhat like curry or turmeric or garlic masal powder, but I'm sure I'm mistaken. Belacan powder, it’s a fermented shrimp paste, which later was toasted to become powder form.
