Claudia, I rarely comment on KZbin but today I had to. Thank you for sharing this recipe! I recently had a chicken bowl there and for the first time, the rice was really flavorful. It had always been bland before. Now I can make my own. You have come through for me again! I generally count on your recipes if I want great mexican food.
