I have been doing this exact same thing but with a pork Boston Butt roast. I have no clue as to why I didn’t think of doing the same beef. With a Chuck Roast I usually make Carne Guisada and it never dawned on me to do tacos. Duhhh…. 😂 Thanks for the slap in the face. 😎 This will probably be on my table tomorrow night. 👌🏻
