Today, I’m showing you how to perfect your tacos & salsa roja at home while cutting time, not flavor 😋🌶️ Let us know where you are from and how many tacos you are having? 🌮 my shirt size is a Medium and I'm a large size 8 🥳amzn.to/49Obv4x Real Mexican tacos Beef Corn tortillas Lard (or choice of oil) Topping- cilantro, white onions, Salsa Roja, and lime Sides- delicious sautéed onions, cucumber, red radish, and a soda or agua fresca Ingredients 1 1/2 to 2 cups of water 4 lbs of chuck roast 1/4 onion 2 garlic cloves 2 bay leaves 1 tsp Mexican oregano 1 tsp black pepper 2 chiles guajillos 1 tsp salt chicken boullion *pressure cook for 18 minutes (slow release) Easy Salsa roja ingredients 6 tomatoes 6 chiles de arbol 3 garlic cloves 1/2 Tbsp salt *If you want to keep this recipe authentic, you have to add a lot of chiles, but please make it comfortable for your home
