Delicious looking omelette! I like to sauté onion, mushrooms and bell pepper, then add my egg and some fresh spinach and cheese. Mine is more like an egg scramble. Love watching your videos Ms Brenda!❤

I stayed up until 3 am this morning, too. I didn't want to wake up to any surprises again--it's better to know one way or the other I believe. I didn't drink any coffee, though! Good for you, always cooking for yourself. When I was single, I lived on cheese toast because I wasn't motivated to cook good meals just for myself.

I’ve been making more omelets since I’ve been watching you make them. And I’m doing them the same way you cook them. So delicious. Thank you for your videos Miss Brenda.💕💕💕I love cottage cheese. I like it with fruit too. My favorite fruit now with it, is sliced banana. I also like to help dress salads with it or put it in noodles or any pasta. I have been making a cheese spaghetti for some years. I learned a recipe to make a single serving of it, making the sauce with tomato juice and fresh tomatoes cooked down to a thicker sauce. Of course Italian spices and garlic and pepper. Then put it over cooked spaghetti noodles and layer several kinds of cheese on top. I use cottage cheese, cheddar and/or mozzarella and Parmesan. It’s delicious. I also put cottage cheese on say.. hamburger stew with Parmesan cheese.
