Rachael, I was overjoyed to see your KZbin channel today. All the shows on TV have all seemed to have turned into competitions for the chefs that already know how to cook and they use odd ingredients. I love (and always have) that you teach/show us how to make food that we can make and eat! Welcome back into my life dear friend! Hugs, Lori

Hey Rachael, I just want to seriously thank you, you literally taught me everything I know about cooking from 30 minute meals. Thank you thank you thank you. You made it so easy to understand and simple. Without you I don’t know how I would have learned all of that. I really really miss that show all time favorite show. Just found this channel and subbed.

Great to see Rachael cooking up a storm here on YT! This made me happy. To those who may be inclined to leave a negative comment. Just don't. RR is a treasure. She has her own style, as all TV chefs do. If you don't like it, that's okay. Find a channel that you do like, there are thousands of them. I loved this, even though I never cook with hot peppers because I have zero tolerance for heat, I watched it all the way through.

I think if a person chooses to substitute a ingredient or ingredients we would like a opinion of substitution to choose because you are the chef. I love that Rachel Ray created fresh ingredient dog food that doesn’t have GMO’s because animals are important family members too!

I am going to give you one critque. It's a nice one promised. Please get a rice cooker. Then you don't have to worry about babysitting your rice. They do make one cup ones if you don't want a 12 cup rice cooker. It's really easy to use. You gotta rinse your rice, put water in the pot, put the pot with the rice inside the cooker, and press the button. It's that simple. It honestly breaks my heart to see you cooking rice and you don't use a rice cooker. Lol but I'm not in your kitchen so you cook the way you want. :)

Yes. After she added the sauce, she turned up the heat and stirred it around to make sure the chicken was cooked through before serving.

I have always loved your shows and books. Your style of cooking is very accessible and i really enjoy it. I am having a hard time watching this show because of the set design. Your workspace is very cluttered and distracting, sometimes even blocking the shot. I hope your set designer will pull back on the abundance of countertop clutter so we can see your work.

I wamted to watch because RR is such a talent, but the background music was too distracting and so loud. Any chance it can be lowered, or eliminated! in future videos?
