1 tbsp red masoor dal
1 tbsp dhuli moong dal
2 onion
3 tomatoes
2 green chilli
2 red chilli
1 tbsp chop garlic
1/2 tbsp chop ginger
chop coriander
1 pinch asafoetida
1.5 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp desi ghee
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
