सुबह पानी रात में भर कर रखे गए तांबा के लोटे में रखे पानी को सुबह कासा के गिलास में पिए..गर्मी में चांदी और सर्दी मे सोना का सिक्का भी लोटे में डाल सकते है। गिलास कासा या पीतल का हो। चाय पीतल के बर्तन में बनाए... टिन की कलई भी करवा लें। हांडी या कुकर स्टील का बर्तन इस्तेमाल करें मिट्टी की हांडी इस्तेमाल कर सकते है, पीतल में पानी रख के दिन भर पियो। हांडी पीतल की हो जिसे टिन की कलई की हुई हो।स्टील में स्टोर रखें कड़ाही लोहे ही हो। कासा के बर्तन में खाना चाहिए स्टोर खाने को स्टील में करें।

Sir really i must say u r having ample amount of knowledge on our indian style of cooking ..the way how our forefathers used to understand the importance and value of the food and method of cooking with respect to our body. In my view how we live,think,behave,manage,sustain,survive, resist,react or may be responds to a particular aspect completely depends upon our intake of food which indeed refers to cooking .I remember a line expressed by some person which i heard in the past 'Jo Tan mein wahi Man mein' this is what u have explained in detail .. Because Tin and plastic are destroying the planet. 2. If tin is safe, why is it that you didn't get tin tested or explained instead? 3. Sir as per our knowledge, Tin is not as benefecial as copper and Zinc but Tin doesn't React with Food items..Copper and Zinc do... So Tin is Primarily used to prevent leaching of Copper and zinc in High Amounts in Food. _/\_

I had ordered iron kadai with handle from vaksi 6 mths back. the kadai is wow! becoz from making sabzi to daals to frying puris i do eveything in it. only one needs to wash the kadai well & greese it with little drops of oil & keep it in dry place.

भाई साहब इन सब बर्तनों से तो अच्छा है कि आदमी मिट्टी के बर्तन यूज़ कर ले क्योंकि इनमें खाना स्टोर तो कर नहीं सकते अब खाने के लिए अलग बर्तन पकाने के लिए अलग बर्तन और स्टोर कर कर रखने के लिए और अब बर्तन यह सब तो संभव नहीं इससे बढ़िया तो मिट्टी के बर्तन ही रहेंगे सर क्योंकि इसमें खा भी सकते हैं पका भी सकते हैं और स्टोर करके भी रख सकते हैं मेरी तो यही समझ में आई सर पर आजकल भागदौड़ की जिंदगी में इतना सब कुछ कौन कर पाएगा

Aaj bhi Gujrat ke Gwal Yadav Bharwad samaj hi jo sabse jyada pital Tamba aur sarvadhik Kanse ka upyog karte hai aur shadi biya me jyada bartan Kanse aur pital ke diye jate hai .. Gwal Bharwad ka Kaam kaaj Goupalan hai yah samaj gou mata maa doodh pital ke bartan me nikalte hai aur Kanse me Sevan karte Ahir bikri bhi pital ke bartan me karte hai.
