सुबह पानी रात में भर कर रखे गए तांबा के लोटे में रखे पानी को सुबह कासा के गिलास में पिए..गर्मी में चांदी और सर्दी मे सोना का सिक्का भी लोटे में डाल सकते है। गिलास कासा या पीतल का हो। चाय पीतल के बर्तन में बनाए... टिन की कलई भी करवा लें। हांडी या कुकर स्टील का बर्तन इस्तेमाल करें मिट्टी की हांडी इस्तेमाल कर सकते है, पीतल में पानी रख के दिन भर पियो। हांडी पीतल की हो जिसे टिन की कलई की हुई हो।स्टील में स्टोर रखें कड़ाही लोहे ही हो। कासा के बर्तन में खाना चाहिए स्टोर खाने को स्टील में करें।

6 years back after listening to Rajiv Dixit, I threw all aluminum utensils from my home including the pressure cooker. My mother was red-faced. We are using Kansa, Iron, Pital, Tamba, Earthen and steel.

Khana banane wale bartan aur khana khane wale bartan, sabko badalne ka time aa gaya hai..iske peeche itni science aur itni spirituality bhi hogi kabhi socha nahi tha..humari generation ko ye saara gyan dene k liye koi tha hi nahi..na humne kabhi school mein books mein padha aur na kabhi sikhaya gaya..steel, stainless steel, aluminum aur non-stick ne humara kitchen dominate karke rakha hai..bachpan se leke aj tak health wise hum ye miss kar gaye iska bohot bura lag raha hai..but abhi mehnat karne ki bari ayi hai..khudke kitchen mein replacement ki baari ayi hai..khud replace karenge, apni health sudharenge aur future generation ko pass on karenge..unko kabhi pata nahi chalne denge ki aluminum, non-stick jaise bartan kabhi hua bhi karte the..unke janam se leke pure life unko isi wisdom k saath mai bada karungi iski bohot santushti ho rahi hai mujhe..Thank u so much sir once again..apke honest efforts aur apki ye saari information share karne k peeche ki tadap hum tak pohoch gayi hai..hum zaroor badlav layenge..

Sir really i must say u r having ample amount of knowledge on our indian style of cooking ..the way how our forefathers used to understand the importance and value of the food and method of cooking with respect to our body. In my view how we live,think,behave,manage,sustain,survive, resist,react or may be responds to a particular aspect completely depends upon our intake of food which indeed refers to cooking .I remember a line expressed by some person which i heard in the past 'Jo Tan mein wahi Man mein' this is what u have explained in detail .. As we used to follow some of ur valuable words in our daily routine as our elders thought us the same way but we will definitely try to improvise for being better.And ur said something like cooking utensils are more valuable than our jewels i think that's amazing and a notable statement thank you so much for the healthy information, huge respect for you .🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sir .... bahut hi aacha video hai,kuch saal pahle se hi mujhe ye pata chala ki nonstick n aluminium nahi use karna chahiye aur ab mein kosish karti hoon ki...aachi dhaatu se bane bartano ko use karu...per in sub se bane bartano mein bhi inti jaankari aapse prapt hui.....per bahut muskil hai (bharat)❤️ko wapas ispe lana...kintu ye bhi satya hi ki koshish jaari rakhe......kash mera bharat pahle jaisa chamke....... 😊 Bahumulya jaankari k liye bahut bahut dhanyawad 🙏

Dear Varun, Gratitude for the efforts you made to create and share the video! Few quick questions: 1. Why is it that when a copper vessel meet to be coated with tin? Because Tin and plastic are destroying the planet. 2. If tin is safe, why is it that you didn't get tin tested or explained instead? 3. And when you recommend tin coating then why d you take so much time and effort to explain copper/brass/etc. Please help by answering the doubts, thank you!

Sir as per our knowledge, Tin is not as benefecial as copper and Zinc but Tin doesn't React with Food items..Copper and Zinc do... So Tin is Primarily used to prevent leaching of Copper and zinc in High Amounts in Food. _/\_

I had ordered iron kadai with handle from vaksi 6 mths back. the kadai is wow! becoz from making sabzi to daals to frying puris i do eveything in it. only one needs to wash the kadai well & greese it with little drops of oil & keep it in dry place.

You said nothing can be stored in brass or bronze utensils… but can i store water in bronze jug or bottle?

नमस्कार, मेरा एक प्रश्न है, आपकी जानकारी बहुत अच्छी लगी, में भी पित्तल आदि इस्तेमाल करता हु, पित्तल के बर्तन में कलाई करनी पड़ती है तो फिर पित्तल के बर्तन का क्या लाभ, हम कलाई करके कहना खाते है या पकाते है तो इसमें सिर्फ कलाई आएगी पित्तल तो आएगा नही, कृपया मुझे ठीक से समजाये, बिना कलाई किये पित्तल का इस्तेमाल नही कर सकते तो फिर पित्तल क्यों

Sir भरत के बर्तन को ही क्या फूल के बर्तन कहते हैं। जिसमें टिन और जस्ता के साथ कुछ मात्रा में ताम्बा होता है।

भाई साहब इन सब बर्तनों से तो अच्छा है कि आदमी मिट्टी के बर्तन यूज़ कर ले क्योंकि इनमें खाना स्टोर तो कर नहीं सकते अब खाने के लिए अलग बर्तन पकाने के लिए अलग बर्तन और स्टोर कर कर रखने के लिए और अब बर्तन यह सब तो संभव नहीं इससे बढ़िया तो मिट्टी के बर्तन ही रहेंगे सर क्योंकि इसमें खा भी सकते हैं पका भी सकते हैं और स्टोर करके भी रख सकते हैं मेरी तो यही समझ में आई सर पर आजकल भागदौड़ की जिंदगी में इतना सब कुछ कौन कर पाएगा
