ingredients:-
.500 gm arhar dal
2 onion
2 tomatoes
3 green chilli chop
1 tbsp chop garlic
1 spoon chop ginger
chop coriander
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tbsp desi ghee
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
4 cloves
