Hello chef... today for lunch I just made dal tadka..this recepi ..my son always complained about dal tadka.he said u make nice dal tadka but I want d bestes ..today u make nice daltadka..I have good mood n don't spoil it..n so 8 tried this recepi today..n I asked him thrice for review but he did not reply..after finishing his plate I once again asked...we never never lick plate or fingers or spoons..but he finished d daal from plate by eating each drop of daal n lastly said ..majjaaaa AAA Gaya...I m soooooooo much happpy.tnx a heartfull big big thank-you chef.love u to make my kitchen bringing tastiest recepies day by day n getting wonderful appreciation..god bless u for teaching all awesome recepies.❤❤

I have made this dal tadka for 15 to 20 times it's added in my weekly meal as my family likes it a lot❤ this is the first video I have seen.. Hi Sanjyot. This is the your first recipie which i tried today. A simple dal tadka!! किसे बनानी नहीं आती yaar! सभी बना लेते है. लेकिन आपने जो ये recipie share की है ये सच में ढाबे वालीं feel दे गयी. ये घर पर बनकर भी घरवाली दाल थी ही नहीं. वो smoky flavour वालीं trick और Last में जो अमचूर कसूरी मेथी और butter डाला आपने वो तो इस simple सी बनने वालीं दाल को height पर ले गया. I don't usually comment on recipes but this one had my heart. The minute I took a whiff of the dal when it was made I was taken aback by how similar it smelled to the restaurant style. And the taste? Jab aap pyaaz aur masale bhoonj k usme dal ko daalte ho, wo dal fry hai. Aur jab aap dal ko pakane k baad upar se pyaaz aur masalon ka tadka dete ho, toh wo dal tadka hota hai. Ye jo aapne banaya, ye style mujhe bhi bada pasand hai. But this is a hybrid.
