Normal yogurt please. I didn't use greek yogurt as a starter. Any regular yogurt works, check the ingredients if it has active cultures because all yogurts have it

Great video, thank you so much. I do want to recommend only using a wooden spoon once you add in at the active cultures so that it may not deactivate. The middle spoon interacts with the active yogurt cultures and kills it

It depends on how think you want it. Bit you can leave it overnight and don't throw the whey incase you want to adjust the thickness
