I have 3 air fryers of different sizes. Just love what you can do with these units. I cook my Salmon at 400 deg.'s for about 6 to 8 minutes. The one thing different is I spray olive oil over the Salmon then coat it with Mrs. Dash salt-free original seasoning blend. I use a bunch and it builds such a great crust and the inside is really moist. Love your show...
@chetcohron42542 жыл бұрын
this shows 6, 8, and 10 minutes. I like the 370F and I try to cook until the internal temp is 145F. Then it is moist and flakey...not sure about just based on time. Does that sound right to you?
@tperk2 жыл бұрын
You are full of crap. Cook it at 400 and you get a fish that is drier than Death Valley. Moderate it at about 370 otherwise you dont know what the hell you are doing

@Trygvar13 Жыл бұрын
@@tperk It all depends on which air fryer you have. 370 is not high enough on mine and the factory presets do show 400 for salmon. And mins is not enough for a salmon this size. It's closer to 10min with unit.

I learned something from you today and thank you for sharing your knowledge of Air Fryer cooking techniques. Your video is exceptionally well presented and informative, with your verbal presentation skills nicely complementing that of your food presentation. As a professional speech writer, I much admire your body language and overall enthusiasm. For future reference, the correct wording is "for my family and me", not "for my family and I".

One thing about salmon. Make sure its wild and not farm raised. Of its farm raise it's bad for you because of the stuff they feed it to make it grow. So. Just to let you know. Others are talking about this. Hoping you do Cod next time. Please. We did your wings. They turned out great. Thank you

Can you cook salmon in an air fryer from frozen? Still add spices while frozen?
@barcham2 жыл бұрын
Great looking salmon! My only criticism is that when seasoning with salt and pepper, you should drop it from about 10" above what you are seasoning so that you get a nice, even coverage. Never do it from so close in as you will get sections with almost no seasoning and other areas with too much. Other than that, this is a great, easy way to cook salmon. 👍
