When a bottom round or top round is used - pot roast or roast beef, man that meat is SO TENDER. The recipe is mouthwatering! It's looking fine - yeah, this is a winner 🏆 I'm allergic to Adobo, allergic to Monosodium Glutamate. So I have to use spices to up it. I love the free bouillon in the jar - not the cubes. It's thicker and has deeper flavor. I would use the beef in this recipe because of no Adobo, etc. Girl, you somethin' else 😂 🤣 Thank you, Freddie ‼️🥰

Moving forward, the debris left behind from the chiles, seasonings, etc apparently can be backed/dehydrated, blended up and turned into seasoning powder. That’s what the man on KZbin say. lol I think it would be a fire seasoning too. 🤤
