No no no please don't let this turn out to be a crypto scam
@Woodshadow Жыл бұрын
@@glennquagmire34 It isn't a scam. It is a little more like NFT than cryptos but it is physical art. They buy it and then sell you "shares" of a painting and then at some point in the future 3-10 years they will try and sell the painting for a profit and you will get a return and then they get a little off the top. So there is no dividends and your money is tied up in the painting until it is sold. You can't get your money out until the sell. IT is legit though. It is SEC Reg A. IMO it is a little strange because it doesn't give a lot of info in their FAQs but they do have a whole section on risks on investing and that their business model is an unproven model, they could end up selling the painting at a loss, there is no guarantee that anyone will want the painting in the next 3-10 years, because the artist is famous today it could turn out he was a sexual predator and suddenly no one wants his art... that kind of thing. In short it is cool, fun conversation piece, legit investment, also risky and illiquid

Just made this for dinner and WOW is it ever delicious Thank you, good sir! I didn't have quite enough beef, so 1/3 of the meat was ground pork, and I used 2 tsp of salt instead of 3, but otherwise true to recipe. Best meatloaf I have ever eaten by a long shot. An immediate favorite for my whole family. Also, THIS BBQ SAUCE IS UNREASONABLY GOOD. BBQ season look out, I'm puttin' this stuff on EVERYTHING.
@derekkelly4837 Жыл бұрын
We just made a half portion of this - WOW it was as delicious as advertised, maybe more! Reserved a few tbsp of the strained onions and put on top when saucing - crisped and caramelized nicely under the broiler for the last few minutes of cook time. Next time I'll add just the adobo sauce (without chilis) to tame the heat a bit and dial back the vinegar for balance. Perfect with mashed potatoes & garlic bread!

You grew up in Sebastopol, CA. I’m so jealous. Sebastopol is the most beautiful little town. I lived in Santa Rosa for about a year and loved going through Sebastopol on my way to the beach. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to really explore because it was during the pandemic and they had very strict rules, which I liked, we all stayed pretty healthy thankfully. Anywho, love your channel.

OK, so I had a few pounds of ground beef thawed in the fridge and was trying to decide what to do with it. I started searching on YT and came across your video. As I watched it, I kept saying, “I have all these ingredients.” Well except for rosemary salt and fresh parsley, but I used kosher salt and fresh chopped basil. Also, I only had 2.2 lbs of beef, but I did have a pound of hot bulk sausage. So I made it. Dude. This is easily the best meatloaf I’ve ever had. It’s addictive; I pulled it out and was snacking on it late tonight while loading the dishwasher. Definitely on my meal rotation. And, yeah, the sauce is great as well. Many thanks!

This looks amazing. I’m partial to the Alton brown method to pack it in the loaf pan but then turn it out onto a sheet tray to cook. More surface area to glaze
@thatdudecancook Жыл бұрын
Pros and cons to both methods, when it sits in the juices it gets so juicy and tender but tipping it out will give you better browning aka flavor.

I usually do potatoes (usually mash) and a roasted fresh veg with meatloaf. For this flavor profile I'm not quite sure what sides would go with, corn of course for veg but I only get fresh corn in the summer. I'm pulling a blank on the others. Spiced potatoes could work too I guess. I'm doing this tomorrow. Oh and THANK YOU for this, I never would have come up with the brilliant obviousness that meatloaf can have different flavors. Now I'm thinking gyro flavors, or super Italian flavors, or Chinese beef and broccoli flavors, bbq flavors, missippi pot roast meatloaf flavors, buffalo chicken meatloaf? Maybe not the last one. Sloppy joe meatloaf. So many loafs of meat.

I've also seen you make references to other oils maybe being not great for you (stuff you shouldn't put into your body, or something of the sort).
