MATHANGA KICHADI
Ingredients
1 . pumpkin cubed 3 cups
2. green chilli 5-6
3. fresh curd 2-3 cups
4. salt to taste
5. crushed mustard ¼ cup
SEASONING
1. Coconut oil 2 tsp
2. Red chilli 3-4
3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
4. Curry leaves 2-3 twigs
PREPARATION
1. Boil the pumpkin adding a little water and cut green chilli till moisture escapes and cooked well.
2. Make mushy slightly add beaten curd and crushed mustard.let froath gently
3. Season with the ingredients pour above.
4. Add salt when slightly cooled , set aside.
