I was literally STUNNED to read that Daddy Jack has passed on. I had watched at least 100 of his cooking videos over the years and i felt like i knew him personally although I've never actually met him. I will miss you Jack as will 1000's of others who enjoyed watching you cook all those delicious meals. The earth lost a great man but, heaven has gained an Angel. I was so use to cooking these steaks with a pile of meat on side and a bucket of pre cooked onions and peppers on the side of the grill. When I use to take people order the line would be out the door and I had to remember like 30 orders at a time. I'd line up like 20 cheese steaks at a time. This is strange watching someone like this awesome chef spend an entire video on one steak. Looks delicious though and though I live in Queens New York now I still remember my Philly days briefly.
