So many places inspired by kichi kichi style, and they’re all great but the experience from kichi kichi truly is beyond just dining, it is an art. His techniques are so fluid and refined, watching him make his rice mixture it’s like the rice is liquid!
I just learned about omurice a few days ago and was curious about the cooking process. Thank you for the video. I got a very good idea how to cook it now.

Salud amigo! Haha im studying Japanese i hope to live there for a couple years when in older! But im a mexican born in the us but spanish is a beautiful language hope you become fluent !
