Zum Fischzerlegen? Sehr interessant, hätte nie gedacht das es dafür geeignet sein könnte. Werde mich mal ein bischen mehr darüber informieren. Ich habe mir allerdings vor einigen Wochen bereits mein japanisches Traum-Messer gekauft :)
